| 摘 要： | 本文在我国经济发达地区26家企业调研的基础上，阐述了我国企业知识管理活动的现状，探寻了企业现有知识活动的管理模式与实践经验，分析了当前企业在导入知识管理的实践过程中所面临的问题与障碍，并为进一步深化我国企业的知识管理实践提出了的建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the research on 26 enterprises in Chinese well developed legions, we elaborate the CUITeUt states of the knowledge management activities in Chinese enterprises, study the practical modes and experience in knowledge management activities in Chinese enterprises, analyze the problems and obstacles facing Chinese enterprises in introducing knowledge management in practice. We also bring forward some proposals on knowledge management in Chinese enterprises. |
