高职院校员工激励机制初探

摘    要:在高职院校建立有效的激励机制,应当充分考虑到高职院校员工层次多样性、群体融合性、知识型员工共性心理等特点,坚持基于激励有限、激励周期、需求“平台期”上的系统激励原则、动态激励原则和相对稳定原则,建立集薪酬激励、工作激励、发展激励、人性激励于一体的立体化激励机制。
