| 摘 要： | 建立图书馆数字参考咨询个性化服务系统,支持用户知识获取和知识创新,是当代图书馆可持续发展的必然选择.为此,结合国内数字参考咨询个性化服务实践比较分析,指出我国数字参考咨询个性化服务应用过程中存在的问题,提出改进措施,最后,给出数字参考咨询个性化服务过程中需要注意的问题.
