| 摘 要： | 世界经济发展经验表明，科技创新已经成为推动经济增长的主要动力。多层次资本市场在支持中小企业发展、推进自主创新国家战略中具有巨大的促进作用。一个完善的多层次的资本市场为科技自主创新创造了良好的外部条件，有利于促进企业的科技自主创新，而科技创新也为多层次资本市场的建立和完善提供了基础。

| Abstract: | The development experiences of developed countries show that small-medium enterprises are the main body of independent innovation,venture capital and multi-layer capital market plays a huge role in supporting the development of small-medium enterprises and promoting the national strategy of independent innovation.This paper shows that China＇s current capital market system is manifestly inadequate on financial support for small-medium enterprises.Baaed on international experiences and domestic present situations,China should establish a multi-layer capital market system to provide the necessary capital protection for national strategy of independent innovation. |
