| 摘 要： | 航运业作为交通运输业的重要组成部分 ,对国民经济的发展具有直接促进作用 ,历来得到各国政府的重视 ,几乎所有国家的重大投融资政策都对航运投资给予了适当的倾斜。本文通过对我国与日、英两国船舶投融资政策的定性与定量比较 ,揭示了我国当前船舶投融资政策存在的问题 ,同时给我国未来船舶投融资政策的制定提供了一些启示。

| Abstract: | Being a major part of transportation industry and playing a direct role in promoting the development of the national economy, shipping industry is always taken seriously by governments of different countries. Most governments of nations possessing merchant fleets offer some form of assistance to their shipping industry to promote their national flag fleets. By international comparisons among the fiscal treatment of shipping of China, Japan and the United Kingdom, this thesis has pointed out the problems of Chinese present shipping policy and also offered some proposals for making future shipping policy. |
