| 摘 要： | 腰椎间盘突出症是日常生活中、生产劳动中和体育运动中的常见病、多发病。若误诊、漏诊将会造成严重后果,尤其是对运动员,可影响运动成绩、缩短运动生命。本文对腰椎间盘突出症的10余种临床及辅助诊断进行了综述,作为运动医学工作者应在充分掌握和运用临床症状和体征的基础上,结合辅助诊断以提高诊断的正确率。

| Abstract: | Extruded Nucleus Pulposus is an ordinary clinical disease. If it is diagnosed wrongly, it will cause severe bad accidents. Especialy to the atheletics, it will shorten their sports life. This essay summarizes about ten kinds of the diagnosis of this disease and points out that a sports medical worder should master and apply the diagnosis based on the symptom and physical examination, then combine other auxilary methods, in order to improve the right rate of the diagnosis. |
