摘    要:在文献分析的基础上,通过访谈和开放式问卷调查,构建了我国中小学教师职业生涯高原的理论维度,借鉴国内外企业背景下编制的职业生涯高原问卷项目,编制了中小学教师职业生涯高原问卷。对问卷的探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析表明:中小学教师职业生涯高原是一个一阶四因子二阶一因子的多层次多维度结构。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of previous literatures, interview and open questionnaire, the authors constructed the theoretical dimensions of Chinese primary and middle school teachers' Career Plateau and developed the questionnaire by using enterprises employee's career plateau questionnaires in and out of China for reference. Exploratory and eonfirmatory fac tor analysis reveals that the primary and middle school teachers' Career Plateau has a multi-hierarchical and a multi-dimensional structure which include 2 hierarchies and 4 dimensions.
