摘    要:教育情怀和教育智慧构成教师专业发展的分类模型,从而把教师区分为事业型、兴趣型、混世型和职业型四种。教育情怀、教育智慧和职业生涯建构起教师专业发展的生涯模型,反映出不同职业阶段的专业发展特征。在实践上,这两个模型能够为职前教师、在职教师和教师教育者提供有益的指导。

Abstract:Educational feeling and wisdom constitute teachers’ professional development type model.According to this model,we can divide teachers into enterprise,interest,dronish,and occupation type.Educational feeling,wisdom and career constitute teachers’ professional development career model that shows different features in different period.In practice,these two models can provide beneficial guidance to pre-service teacher,in-service teacher and teacher educators.
