有效教学视域下的学校内部管理

摘    要:有效教学视域下的学校内部管理包括四个方面:一是学校行政和教学管理工作都要以有效教学为核心;二是建立良好的课程规划,并有力保障课程规划的有效执行;三是通过开展校本教师培训、集体备课等管理措施,促进教师实施有效教学;四是通过控制作业量、改革学习评价制度等管理措施促进学生实施有效学习。

Abstract:The internal management of schools under the view of effective teaching should include four aspects.Firstly,the school administration and management should take the effective teaching as the core work;secondly,school should build good curriculum plan and guarantee its being implemented effectively;thirdly,school should promote the teachers to implement the effective teaching by school based training and collective preparation of lessons,etc;fourthly,school should promote the students to implement the effective learning by controlling work volume and reforming the learning evaluation system.
