| 摘 要： | 软起动就是在电动机（鼠笼式）定子回路串入有限流作用的电力器件实现起动，通过这种方法降低起动电流和起动转矩。文章分析了三相鼠笼式异步电动机各类软起动的特点，重点论述了软起动的工作原理与应用。
