| 摘 要： | 邓小平同志的"和平发展观"是在时代发展、国际形势和世界格局发生重大变化的背景下形成的。在这一理论的指导下,中国开始了以社会主义制度自我完善为主要特征的渐进式转型历程,造就了一个东方大国的日益崛起,这是一条世界近代史上大国崛起所从未走过的全新战略道路,尤其是改革开放以来,我国外交战线上所取得的重大成就更为全世界所瞩目,其中邓小平同志"和平发展观"对中国社会主义的和平外交具有历史性的贡献。

| Abstract: | DENG Xiao-ping put forward the theory of peace development under the background of great changes in times,international situations and world configurations.Under the guidance of this theory,China starts the gradual chaning road with the characteristics of self-perfection socialist system,which makes the China suddenly appear in the east of the world,forming a new strategy of building the strong country unique in modern history.Since reform and openness,great achievements have been made in the field of diplomacy,to which DENG Xiao-ping's theory of peace development made a historical contribution. |
