| 摘 要： | 作为构建学习化社会和实现终生教育的平台和手段,网络教育是世界教育发展的潮流和方向,而网络课程是实现网络教育目标的基本途径。建立一个能保障网络课程质量的保障体系,对于促进网络课程的科学、规范建设,提高网络教育的教学质量有着迫切的现实意义。针对目前我国高校成熟的网络课程缺乏、课程质量不高的实际,就建立高校网络课程质量保障体系作理论探讨是非常必要的。

| Abstract: | As the platform and means of learning-based society and life-long learning,web-based education is the trend and orientation of the development of world education while the web-based course is the basic way to achieve the goal of the web-based education.The construction of a guarantee system for the quality of the web-based course has a realistic significance to the promotion of the scientific and standardized construction of the web-based course and the improvement of the instructional quality of the web-based course.A study on the theory of the construction of a guarantee system is very necessary to the shortage of mature web-based course and the poor quality of the web-based course. |
