| 摘 要： | 民办高校学生管理一般指民办高校中通过规范、指导、服务学生以促进其全面发展的非学术性组织活动。运用西方国家学生事务管理的理论,对我国当前民办高校学生管理进行了反思,可以得到对我国民办高校学生管理的有益启示。

| Abstract: | The student management of non-state institutions usually refers to the non-academic activities that promote the overall development of the institutions through standardization,guidance and services of students.The paper reflects on the present student affairs' management of China's non-state institutions by using the theory of the western student affairs' management so as to achieve the revelation that will help the present student affairs' management of China's non-state institutions. |
