| 摘 要： | 对竞技运动训练来说,准确掌握项目的运动特征和训练规律是进行运动训练的前提条件,对项目特征的认知程度是提高运动训练水平的关键环节,对专项训练规律的了解和掌握水平是提高训练效率、保持高质量训练的基础条件。针对足球运动特性,结合我国足球体制,注重科学有效的训练,探寻足球运动的专项特征,为振兴我国足球事业提供依据。

| Abstract: | The mastering of movement characteristics and training rules in sports training,and accurate knowledge of the project is a prerequisite for exercise training,while awareness of the project features to improve the level of sports training is the key process,understanding and mastering the specialized training of law level to improve the efficiency of training,to maintain high quality training is basic conditions.The paper based on Characteristics of football,and soccer system in China,focuses on scientific and effective training to explore the special characteristics of football and provide the basis for the revitalization of our football. |
