| 摘 要： | 体育不仅可以促进个体的生活健康、满足个体需求,有利于建立完整的人格,端正个体人生态度和道德情操,而且可以充实国民文化生活,提高国民的文化水准,改善生活风气,使国民的生活质量得到有效地提高。以荆州市作为研究对象,从现有的城市体育消费市场着手,从需求约束角度分析荆州市休闲体育的发展现状,认识城市休闲体育发展的制约因素,并提出自己的建议,希望能刺激现有的消费水平,更好的促进我国城市休闲体育的发展。

| Abstract: | Sports not only promote the individual’s life health and meet individual needs,accomplish the establishment of a complete personality,correct attitude and moral life of individuals,and also can enrich the cultural life of citizens,raise the cultural level,and improve the life style,so people’s quality of life can be effectively improved.With the Jingzhou City as the research object,this paper starts from the existing city sports consumer market,the demand constraint from the perspective of Jingzhou City,the development status of leisure sports,the constraints of leisure and sports development,and make its own proposals,hoping to stimulate the existing level of consumption,and promote the development of China’s urban leisure sports for better. |
