| 摘 要： | 通过了解学生的体质健康状况,全民结合实施＂阳光体育运动＂,针对高校开展阳光体育运动现状、影响因素分析比较、并运用查阅文献法,调查研究,分析总结等方法,从社会学、心理学、教育学的视角揭示高校阳光体育运动影响因素,研究得出：影响阳光体育运动的因素是多方面的,社会环境、学校诸多因素的制约是影响学生参加阳光体育运动的主要因素,为有效的促进大学生体质健康水平的提高,提出相应对策和建议。

| Abstract: | By learning about students body healthy situation and carrying out "sunny physical education" in all the nation,and according to the comparative analysis of the current sports situations of universities carrying out "sunny physical education" and the effect factors,and depending on the ways of referring to published works,looking into,doing research into,analyzing and summarizing them,it holds the conclusion——there are various factors affecting "sunny physical education" and the main ones are the restrictions on students’ taking the sports from universities and social environments.In order to make students improve body health effectively and efficiently,this paper offers suggestions and strategies concerning it. |
