| 摘 要： | 投资办学是改革开放以来我国民办教育发展的基本特征。我国民办教育走上投资办学的道路,既是办学者不得不做出的一种无奈和被动的选择,也是特定时期民办教育发展的一种必然的选择。投资办学是一种特殊的发展模式,它既不同于我国历史上的私学之路,也不同于西方的私立教育模式。正确认识我国民办教育的这一基本特征,对于民办教育政策的制定和制度安排,对于认识新时期教育属性的发展变化,都具有特别重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Running a school by investment is a basic characteristic of non-government education in China since the reform and opening-up. It is not only a passive choice of the school runners who have no other alternative, but also an inevitable choice in the specific period of non-government education development. Running a school by investment is kind of special developmental model, which is different from not only private education in the Chinese history, but also the western private education model. To correctively recognize the basic characteristics of non-government education in China is of special important significance for policy formulation and system arrangement of non-government education and for people to recognize the development changes of the educational nature in the new stage. |
