| 摘 要： | 17－18世纪世界整体发展给俄国带来了多方面的压力，近代俄国政府始终坚持“欧化”改革，积极参与国际竞争，到18世纪末，终于跻身世界强国之列，俄国的经验为今天的发展中国家参与全球化竞争提供了有益的启示。

| Abstract: | The entire world development of the 17th-18th centuries brought heavy pressure to Russia in many aspects. The modern Russian government continually stuck to its "Europeanization" reform, and actively participated in international competition. As a result,Russia had finally become one of the world powers by the end of the 18th century. The Russian experiences provide good references for developing countries to participate in global competition today. |
