| 摘 要： | 调查研究是马克思主义的根本方法,是毛泽东同志一贯倡导的工作作风,也是秘书人员必须具备的基本功。在新情况、新问题不断涌现的今天,调查研究对于秘书及秘书工作的作用显得尤其重要。首先,调查研究能提高秘书辅助决策的科学性、客观性、针对性和有效性。其次,调查研究能优化秘书各项业务工作的效果。第三,调查研究能使秘书更好地充当领导与群众之间的桥梁和纽带。第四,调查研究能促进秘书提高素质、增长才干。第五,调查研究能激发秘书的创新精神。

| Abstract: | Investigation is a basic Marxist method.It is the style of work that comrade Mao Zedong always advocated too.And it is the basic ability that the secretary must possess.Nowadays,new problems emerge constantly with the new situations,so making investigations seems especially important to secretaries and secretarial work.First of all,making investigations can improve the science,objectivity,pertinence and validity of secretary's aid decision.Secondly,making investigations can optimize the result of vocational work of the secretary.Thirdly,it can make the secretary serve as the bridge and tie between the leader and common people better.Fourthly,it can promote the secretary to improve quality and increase the ability.Finally,it can stimulate the secretary's initiative spirit. |
