| 摘 要： | 随着农村贫困人口的不断减少,城镇贫困问题日益受到人们的关注。城镇贫困群体的规模不断扩大,分布上呈现明显的行业性和区域性特点。城镇贫困群体的生存现状是窘迫的,他们的收入水平低、消费水平低、生活方式单调、受教育程度低、就业竞争能力弱等。城镇贫困群体对社会生活的影响是广泛而深远的。

| Abstract: | While the rural poverty population decreases gradually,more and more attention has been given to town poverty problem. Town poverty group has humble existence actuality. They have lower income, lower consumption level; they live a monotonous life; they receive less education, have no superiority of employment competition etc. Town poverty group has a wide and deep effect on community life. |
