| 摘 要： | 近年来我国民间融资发展迅速,在为中小企业等提供资金支持的同时,由于自身的不规范性,对于成长期间的中小企业造成了巨大的负担。将民间金融运作与社区银行行为相结合,构建社区中小企业融资平台,为中小企业提供更为合理便利的融资渠道。

| Abstract: | In recent years the civil financing of our country develops quickly,which resulted in huge burden to the small and medium-sized enterprises in the growth when the civil funds provides support to them.The civil financing and the community banks are combined together,to set up financing terrace for the smalland medium-sized enterprises and the community will provide them with more reasonable and convenient financing outlet. |
