| 摘 要： | 标准化质量管理体系的构建是提高高校教学质量的重要手段.对同样具有管理过程、服务性质的高校公共体育引入"三标一体"教育质量管理体系的必要性和可行性进行全面、深入的分析,并结合实际探索出既能体现"三标一体"教育质量管理体系标准化,又能突出公共体育特点的高校公共体育教育教学管理体系的管理运行模式,从而为高校公共体育建设与发展提供源源不断的动力.

| Abstract: | ISO quality management system of higher education is to improve the quality of the important means.The same with the management process,services to the public college sports introduction of the "three standard one," education quality management system and the need to conduct a comprehensive feasibility,in-depth analysis,and in light of the actual explore both embody the "three standard one," education quality management system standard,sports can prominent feature of public colleges teaching physical education in public management system management mode for the college sports construction and development continue to provide the impetus. |
