组织信任影响因素的实证研究

摘    要:将组织信任分为员工-组织信任、员工-上级信任和员工-同事信任3个维度;基于Gillespie和Dietz建立的组织信任影响因素概念模型,提出相关理论假设;通过问卷调查和统计分析对提出的研究假设进行实证检验。结果表明,组织领导和管理实践、组织文化和氛围、组织战略、组织结构、政策和实施、外部监管和社会声誉等因素对组织信任均有显著影响,验证了该概念模型的科学性。

The Empirical Research on the Influencing Factors of Organizational Trust
Abstract:This paper divides organizational trust into three dimensions of employees-organizations trust,employees-superiors trust and employees-colleagues trust,and proposes related theoretical assumptions based on the conceptual model of organizational trust influencing factors established by Gillespie and Dietz. Then through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,it carries out an empirical test of the hypotheses. Results show that organizational leadership and management practices,organizational culture and atmosphere,organizational strategy,organizational structure,policies and their implementation,external regulation and social reputation have a significant impact on organizational trust,which validate the scientificity of the above influencing factors model.
