| 摘 要： | 尽管政治参与是衡量一个国家民主政治发展状况的重要尺度,但有序的政治参与才能充分发挥其应有功能。它对社会主义民主政治的制度化、在政治发展过程中保持政治稳定以及公民政治意识的培养具有重要作用。为了实现政治参与的有序性,我们需要实现政府信息公开的制度化、拓展政治参与的渠道、加强组织建设并提高公民政治参与的素质。
