| 摘 要： | 如何应对突发性公共卫生事件,保护广大人民的健康,已成为公共卫生工作者最迫切需要研究的课题。健康教育在应对突发性公共卫生事件措施中,具有不可替代的作用。为充分发挥健康教育的作用,从健康教育的先导性、及时性、科学性、针对性和可行性方面提出了思考,并对加强突发性公共卫生事件的健康教育工作,提出了可行性的建议。

| Abstract: | The topic of public health emergency cases has become the focus of current social life,which has a great deal to do with the health of broad masses of people,the development of social economy and the stability of social order.The thesis puts forward feasible points of view on how to acquire a better knowledge of the characteristic natures of public health emergency cases,how to understand and master the cognitive fundamentals and requirements and how to adopt adequate countermeasures with emphasis laid on how to improve our healthcare education. |
