| 摘 要： | 从高等学校体育场馆设施建设中面临的发展需要与资金紧缺的矛盾入手，分析了投资体制和管理体制中存在的问题及高校体育场馆设施产出效益不佳的原因。在分析市场供需前景的前提下，提出借鉴PPP模式，引入校内社会资金，由学校投入和社会投资共建高校体育场馆设施，这样有助于解决我国目前高校体育事业发展中所面临的资金、技术及经营管理方面的问题。

| Abstract: | Considering the paradox of development and financial requirement in the gym construction,this paper analyzed the existent problems in investment and management and the reasons for its efficiency.PPP mode was recommended to attract the social capital so as to realize the multiple investments in gym construction.It was helpful to solve the problems in funds,technology and management in sports development. |
