| Abstract: | With the fast development of knowledge economy, the traditional service patterns of academic libraries can not be adapt to the situation development and the users＇ needs, the services of specialization, personalization and network have become the development direction of the work in academic libraries. Implementing discipline librarian system is not only the only way to effectively solve the difficult problems that the current libraries management services faced with, but also an effective measure to promote the academic and social values of academic libraries. 5 refs. |
