| 摘 要： | 当前，进一步推进以利率市场化为核心的金融体制改革，对我国的社会经济发展具有极其重要的意义。分析了面临的风险，就如何推进利率市场化，在借鉴国际成功经验、推进银行经营体制改革、建立与之相适应的货币政策操作体系、改善国有企业的经营管理并防范其经营风险、构建宏观审慎监管框架等方面提出了对策建议。

| Abstract: | To further promote the reform of the financial system should be the core in the market - oriented interest rates reform , This paper proposes some solutions on how to promote market - oriented interest rates. Establishing operation system adapt to the monetary policy and improving the operation and management of state - owned enterprises to guard against the business risks, build- ing macro prudential supervision framework are also the main tasks for us to complete. |
