| 摘 要： | 随着农业科学数据共享工作的深入,有关共享平台管理机制的研究也受到了越来越多的重视。文章运用了合作博弈论的相关理论和观点,分析了在农业科学数据共享过程中相关利益各方的特点和相互关系,构建了农业科学数据共享平台管理者及其共享活动主体之间的动态博弈模型,分析了他们之中监督力度与效益的动态关联的规律,并在此基础上提出了改进共享管理机制的相应对策建议,为农业科学数据共享相关机制和管理体系的优化做了一种理论上探索。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of the agriculture scientific data sharing, the management mechanism of sharing platform is becoming a hot research topic. In this passage, relevant characteristics, relationships and interests of parties during the process of agricultural scientific data sharing are analyzed. By using the theory of cooperative game, the dynamic game mode of managers and activities in National Platform of Scientific Data Sharing is built. Through this model, we analyzed regular pattern of dynamic association between supervision and benefits in the platform and proposed suggestions for improving the management mechanism in the sharing platform. This research tried to make a theoretical ex- ploration for optimizing the agricultural scientific data sharing mechanisms and management systems. |
