摘    要:学术生态与自然生态类似,学术生态各生态因子应和谐共处、协同进化、相互制约、相互促进。只有达到并维护学术生态及其系统的动态平衡,才能保持我国创新事业的繁荣和发展,才能为国家与社会培养创新型人才提供肥沃土壤,才能促进我国自主型科技创新的突破和发展。建设和谐的学术生态系统,既是我国学术发展自身的需要,又是培养创新人才、实现自主创新、建设创新型国家的迫切需要。

Research on Self-organizing Model of China's Academic Ecosystem

Abstract:Similar to natural ecology, the ecological factors aca- demic ecology should be compatible, co-evoluting, restricting and promoting one another. Only the realization and maintenance of the ecological balance of academic ecosystem can keep the prosperity and development of China's innovative cause, provide fertile soil for the cultivation of innovative talents for the country and society, and expedite the breakthrough and development of China's independent innovation of science and technology. To construct a harmonious academic ecosystem is not only the needs of China's academic development, but also the urgent needs of cultivating innovative talents, realizing independent innovation and constructing a innovation-oriented country.
