| Abstract: | The principal accountability system is an important act of the elementary educational management reform in our country, which brings lease of life and vigor to schools. But owing to the short of countervailing system, it initiates many problems. The modern school system, as a new operation pattern, can perfect the principal accountability system, adopt its good points and avoid its shortcomings. That, to a certain extent can make the principal accountability system release more vigor. |
