| 摘 要： | 智力资源共享是知识经济时代促进经济增长的主要动力。基于智力资源的特点和共享过程的实现,本文提出了"虚拟智力资源共享系统(VIRSS)"的概念。介绍了主体、本体的理论和方法,基于主体与本体相结合的思想构建了VIRSS模型。该模型由项目管理子系统、信息资源收集子系统、智力资源共享子系统和评估子系统四部分组成,为智力资源共享的实现提供了理论基础。

| Abstract: | In the era of knowledge economy, intelligence resource sharing is the main impetus of economy increasing. Based on the characteristics of intelligence resources and the realization process of intelligence resources sharing, this paper proposed the concept of Virtual Intelligence Resource Sharing System (VIRSS). After introducing the theory of agent and the theory of ontology, the model of VIRSS is built by combining these two theories. The model, which offers theoretic basis for the realization of intelligence resource sharing, is composed of four sub-systems: project management sub-system, information resource collecting sub-system, intelligence resource sharing sub-system and evaluation sub-system. |
