| 摘 要： | 目前医学高科技的研究和应用与医学本身的目的出现了偏倚．正确认识医学科技发展产生正负效应的客观必然性，对医学科技能满足社会需求的正确认识，是形成理想医务道德的基础；医学科技工作者对自身正确的认识，是形成健康医务道德的必要条件；正确理解我国现阶段医务道德建设的基本内涵、加强医德医风制度化建设，严格自律，纯洁队伍、合理利用高科技诊疗手段，改善医患医疗、经济关系、社会制度建没和整体文明程度的提高，是理想医务道德的实现途径．

| Abstract: | Now, some biases have been found between the researches and applications of advanced medical technology and the medical motive itself. In order to formulate the perfect and healthy iatrical moralities, the basis -- it needs to recognize accurately the impersonal inevitability of the advantageous and disadvantageous infection arose by the development of medical technology,understand the medical technology should be satisfied with the social requirements;the necessary conditions -- the physicians and other operators should recognize themselves exactly ; the approaches and measures -- take cognizance of the basic meaning of the construction of iatrical moralities at the present time in our country, strengthen the institutional construction of the iatrical moralities and ethos, keep the self-disciplined and pure atmosphere, at the same time, it needs to take advantage of the advanced medical measures reasonably, improve the iatrical and economic relationship between doctor and patient, moreover,needs to strengthen the construction of the social system and improve the degree of civilization in the whole soeiety . |
