| 摘 要： | 通过对网络环境下纸质期刊资源管理的研究,论述了高校图书馆期刊管理如何实现从信息服务向知识服务的顺利过渡、转型,提出了要实现这一目标,需做到转变观念、转变管理方式、转变馆藏布局、提高人员素质的观点,从而为知识服务与网络环境下的高校图书馆期刊管理的结合构建起一道桥梁。
