| 摘 要： | 从体育慈善及慈善事业的内涵入手,阐述了发展体育慈善事业的重要意义;在此基础上指出了目前中国体育慈善事业发展过程中存在的问题:体育政府部门角色错位、与体育慈善相关制度缺失、体育慈善组织建设滞后与机制不健全、体育相关群体与个体慈善意识淡薄,并就这些问题进行了对策研究:明确政府在体育慈善中的角色;加快体育慈善法规制度建设;强化体育慈善意识;加强体育慈善组织建设;完善体育慈善运行机制;丰富体育慈善渠道。
