| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法,录像观察法、数理统计法等方法,统计分析了中外优秀小级别女子柔道运动员的年龄结构以及运动员在比赛中的攻防次数等方面的能力,旨在为中国小级别女子柔道运动员的训练方向和发展提供一定理论依据。结果表明:中国运动员整体单个进攻能力普遍较强,但连续连络、防守与反攻方面的综合能力普遍较差。相反,外国小级别女子柔道运动员整体综合能力非常均衡,甚至在连络、防守与反攻方面的能力明显的高于中国运动员。
