| Abstract: | The author analyzes the purchasing power of Shanghai citizen to higher vocational and technical education by studying the economy, population, environment of employment and the consumption of Shanghai citizen, analyzes and reaches a conclusion that Shanghai has the large potential to the students resource of higher vocational education combining the developing scale and speed of the higher vocational education in Shanghai in recent years, puts forward that the higher vocational education should have unique features to attract the students at the same time. |
