| Abstract: | The author analyzes the content and basic characteristics of professional competitive sports property rights by application the theory of property rights economics,and points out the content and characteristics of professional competitive sport property rights which is a series of social laws with regard to the use,transfer,benefit and protection of service,intellectual property rights,human capital and sport establishments. |
