中小学教师的教育心理学知识及其影响因素

摘    要:利用改编的教育心理学知识问卷,对495所学校的近4000名中小学教师教育心理学知识现状进行了调查,分析了性别、年龄、教龄、学历、办学形式、学校类型对教师教育心理学知识的影响,并提出了改进建议。

Abstract:This study utilizes adapted Pedagogical psychology knowledage questionaires and conducted an investigation into the pedagigical psychology knowledge of about 4000 primary and secondary school teachers in 495 schools.This paper analyzes the influences of gender,age,teaching duration,forms of running schools,school grade on teachers' pedagigical psychology knowledge and puts forwards suggestions for improvement.
