| 摘 要： | 本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和统计分析法对黑龙江省公共体育服务体系建设现状进行分析,指出存在的主要问题,提出进一步加大公共体育设施投入力度,加强公共体育设施的管理与维护,加强公共体育监测与指导的同步性等对策,旨在加快建设和努力完善黑龙江省公共体育服务体系,推动全民健身运动,实现公共体育服务均等化.

| Abstract: | This article uses the literature material law, the expert interview method and statistical analysis of the present situation of the construction of public sports service system analysis of Heilongjiang Province, points out the main problems, and puts forward the further increase of public sports facilities in investment, strengthen the management and maintenance of public sports facilities, synchronism of countermeasures to strengthen the monitoring and guidance of the public sports, aims to accelerate the construction and strive to improve the public sports service system in Heilongjiang Province, promote the national fitness move- ment, the realization of public sports service equalization. |
