| 摘 要： | 建筑业农民工的现状关系到工程项目管理的实现,采用层次分析法与模糊综合评价相结合的方法,对建筑业农民工的现状进行了综合评价,结果表明:综合评价的结果较差;职业技能培训、持证上岗率、安全生产培训、劳动保护4项指标权重较大而得分较低,是影响评价结果的关键因素。建议加强这4个方面的建设工作。

| Abstract: | Since the realization of management objectives of engineering programs depends upon the current conditions of migrant workers in the construction industry,the paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the current conditions of migrant workers in the construction industry by use of the hierarchical analysis together with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.From the evaluation,it is shown that:The results of comprehensive evaluation are not good enough;The weights of the four indexes of the Professional Skills Training,the Rate of Employment with Certificates,the Safety Training for Production and the Protection of Laborers are too heavy,and their scores are low;it affects the evaluation results seriously.Therefore,it is suggested to improve the current conditions of migrant workers in the construction industry from the four aspects that mentioned above. |
