| 摘 要： | 文化,泛指人类在历史发展过程中创造的物质财富和精神财富的总和,是人类由蒙昧人进化为智慧人、文明人的重要标志。校园文化,是在长期的育人实践活动中形成的并为广大师生所认同和追求的崇高精神及其实践活动。校园文化建设要在抓好校园物质环境建设的同时,逐步把工作的重点向校园精神环境建设过渡,由校园文化建设向"校园精神"的培育塑造与内化转移。加强校园文化建设,一是要健全组织,加强对校园文化建设的领导;二是要结合实际,深入进行校园文化建设课题研究;三是要拓宽渠道,充分发挥校园文化建设的育人功能。

| Abstract: | From a broad sense,culture is the combination of both material and spiritual wealth cre- ated and accumulated by human beings in their development,and it is an important symbol to show the evolution of human beings from primitive to civilized.Campus culture is a kind of lofty spirits gradually formed in the cultivation of civilized students,recognized and pursued by both teachers and students.In the course of constructing campus culture,more attention should be paid to the spiritual civilization while building campus infrastructure.The construction of campus culture should be gradually shifted to the cultivation of campus spirits.The paper presents three suggestions for constructing campus culture. One is to have a well-established organization that should be responsible for the management of construc- ting campus culture,the other is to perform hardy researches on the topic of campus culture construc- tion,and the last is to widen the channels so as to make full use of the training function of campus cul- ture construction. |
