| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展,产生于小生产经济基础之上的传统社会交往活动,正在实现由保守封闭型向现代开放型发展转变。这种变化已经深刻地反映到当代大学生的交往活动中来。这就要求学生教育管理工作者必须坚决摈弃过去建立在自然经济、计划经济基础之上的旧的思想观念和工作方式,从当代社会的实际出发,因势利导,兴利除弊,使学生交往成为促进个人成长进步,推动学校建设的积极因素。

| Abstract: | With the development of socialist market-orientated economy of China,the traditional and conservative social intercourse modes evolving from the small-scale production economy are being transformed to the modern and open ones.The transformation is also reflected in the social intercourse of contemporary college students.Therefore,the teachers who are responsible for administration of college students are required to abandon old concepts and working modes for student administration which are based on natural and planned economy,to take actual social conditions into consideration and to make full use of advantages and abolish the disadvantages so that the social intercourse of contemporary college students could help students improve their personality and make their universities develop from all aspects. |
