| 摘 要： | 组织与管理是信息共享空间规划、建设和运行的人力资源与制度保障。文章通过案例研究，分别论述了规划和运行阶段的组织与管理等问题。不同的信息共享空间所采用的组织结构和管理策略可能不同，无论采用哪一种模型均有其优势和局限性。图书馆在构建信息共享空间时应认真考察现有服务体系、设施、资源及人力等条件，选择合适的组织和管理模型很重要。该文为《数字图书馆论坛》2009年第2期本期话题“信息共享空间”的文章之一。

| Abstract: | Organization and management are guarantee for the human resource and polices. Based on cases abroad, it discusses about the organization and management during planning and operation of an information commons. Various organization structures and management polices are adopted for individuals, but every model has its advantage and deficiency. It is important to make choices according to the current service system, facility, resource and staff for library to construct an information commons. |
