摘    要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定凯里产商陆根、茎和叶中锌、铁、锰和铜的含量,为其开发和利用提供参考.结果表明,zn、Fe、Mn在商陆根中分别为60.64,528.17,105.63mg/kg;在商陆茎中分别为52.91,92.10,88.18mg/kg;在商陆叶中分别为133.10,726.37,589.47mg/kg.Cu未检出.Zn、Fe、Mn主要在商陆的叶中富集.

Abstract:The contents of Zn, Fe, Mn and Cu in versity was determined by flame atomic absorption different parts of Phytolacca acinosa from Kaili Uni- spectroscopy(FAAS). The results showed the con- tents of Zn, Fe and Mn in it' s root were 60.64, 528.17, 105.63 mg/kg, in it' s stem were 52.91, 92.10, 88.18 mg/kg, in it' s leaf were 133.10, 726.37, 589.47 mg/kg respectively. The heavy metal element Cu was not found. Zn, Fe, Mn of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb. were concentrated in the it' s leaves.
