江苏基础教育均衡发展研究

摘    要:江苏是教育大省,而非教育强省。这种大而不强的落差在基础教育发展的非均衡性中体现得尤为突出,根据“坚持科学发展观,建设和谐江苏”的要求、以及“科教兴省”战略和“两个率先”的要求,实现江苏基础教育的均衡发展成为当前全省教育发展战略研究的重大课题。在分析江苏基础教育的现状及成因的基础上,明确了基础教育均衡发展的目标。提出了江苏基础教育均衡发展的对策和政策建议。

Abstract:While Jiangsu is a large province in education, it is not a strong one. Such a big drop of being large but not strong is reflected in the non-balanced development in the basic education in particular. Therefore, the realization of the balanced development in the basic education of Jiangsu has become a major subject for the developing strategy in the provincial education in accordance with the principle of "adhering to the concept of scientific development and building a harmonious Jiangsu" and the strategy of "invigorating the province through science and education" and "two initiatives". On the basis of the analysis of the status quo and the causes of the provincial basic education, this paper defines the goal of the balanced development of our basic education, and puts forward the measures and suggestions for the balanced development in Jiangsu basic education.
