| 摘 要： | 作者从系统的观点,研究分析了全民健身、增强体质的体育与以提高运动技术为目的的竞技运动的相互关系后认为。全民健身体育与运动竞技的目的、任务、科学依据、社会功能都各不相同,他们之间也不存在普及与提高的直接相互依存生存的关系,因此认为健身与运动竞技不属同一系统。这种观点改变了传统体育概念,对于学校体育、健身教育方向的发展,提供了理论参考。

| Abstract: | After studying and analysing in terms of systermatology the interrelations between the physical education for health and the athletic sports for the purpose of improving athletic skills, the authors have come to the conclusion that the former and the latter are quite different from each other in purporse. task, scientific hasis and soial fnotions and between them exists no direct interdependent relation of popularization and imporvement. Such a viewpoint has changed the traditional concept of physical education and offered theoretical reference for the development of school physical education and health oriented physical culture. |
