| 摘 要： | 在信息社会,个人信息成为一种重要社会资源,国家政府机构和商业机构开始利用信息技术收集与处理个人信息.关于个人信息的法律属性,有"所有权客体说"、"隐私权客体说"、"人格权客体说"和"基本人权说"等4种观点.我国应以人格权客体说为指导进行立法保护个人信息.
