| 摘 要： | 动物是生态系统中极为重要的组成部分.物种及其多样性是人类持续发展的先决条件,它关系到人类的食物、健康和生活质量.然而当前人与动物的关系不断走向冲突、对抗,人作为拥有无比优越感的主体具有不可推卸的主要责任.保护动物不一定意味着赋予动物主体地位,动物只能是法律关系的客体,我们应把动物作为特殊的物加以保护.
