| 摘 要： | 本文在各省市高新技术企业及其产品认定的基础上，为实现高新技术企业定量化综合评价，运用AHP法建立了高新技术企业评价指标体系，并基于改进的BP神经网络，提出了一套能够模拟专家思想的智能型高新技术企业定量化综合评价方法。

| Abstract: | After studying the identification of high-tech enterprises and its products in many provinces and cities the paper establishes an index system of high-tech enterprises in use of AHP method in order to realize the quantitative integrated evaluation in this field. Grounded on the modification of BP artificial neural network the paper develops an intelligent type of quantitative integrated evaluation method of high-tech enterprises simulating the thinking of experts which is proved to be effective through its application in some enterprises. |
